RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All iSTRYNA products are limited.
Due to the limited nature of these releases and the inclusion of digital playlist access with certain products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Limited Drop products
• Digital playlist access once access has been delivered
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
iSTRYNA reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion where applicable by iSTRYNA.

Digital Playlist Access
Where a product includes digital playlist access, access is considered delivered once the playlist link or access instructions have been sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Because digital access is immediately accessible and cannot be physically returned, refunds will not be issued for digital playlist access after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
iSTRYNA reserves the right to submit evidence of purchase, delivery, digital access, and customer communication when responding to chargebacks or payment disputes.
