Every iSTRYNA order is carefully prepared as part of a limited release.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During Drop releases, processing times may be extended due to increased demand.

Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of iSTRYNA’s control do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

iSTRYNA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to iSTRYNA due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

iSTRYNA will assist customers in locating lost or delayed parcels where possible but cannot guarantee carrier performance.
